A. Physical Products

The customer has the right to request a return of the product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt if it is:

• In its original condition and unused.
• Undamaged and unbroken.
• Accompanied by the original invoice.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the advertised description, the customer has the right to return or exchange the product without being restricted by the seven-day period.

The customer bears the cost of shipping in ordinary return cases, while the seller bears the cost if the product is defective or does not conform to the description.

The amount is refunded to the customer using the same original payment method after the product has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions, as follows:

1. In the case of payment by “mada” card:

The amount is refunded immediately after the store submits the cancellation request to the bank and completes its procedures. The amount is deposited into the account linked to the card within a short period determined by the banking institution.

2. In the case of payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or others):

The amount is refunded within a maximum of fourteen (14) business days from the date the store submits the cancellation request to the bank.

3. In the event of a delay in receiving the amount:

The customer is advised to first contact the bank that issued the card to verify the status of the refund. If the bank does not respond, the customer may contact the Saudi Central Bank via the toll-free number: 8001256666,

or via the Sama Cares website and application: samacares.sa

Official holidays and weekend days are not counted within the time periods specified for processing the refund.

B. Digital Products (Excel Files)

These products are considered digital services under which the user is granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the content for their personal or legitimate professional purposes. The purchase does not entail the transfer of intellectual property rights or of any licence issued by an official authority, unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description.

A digital product may not be cancelled or returned after it has been downloaded or accessed, in accordance with the text of Article (13/2) of the E-Commerce Law.

Any unauthorised copying, distribution, or resale constitutes an explicit infringement of intellectual property rights, entailing legal liability under the Anti-Cyber Crime Law.

Cancellation Policy

• The customer has the right to cancel the order before it is shipped without any fees.
• After the order has been shipped, cancellation is only possible in accordance with the return and exchange provisions set out above.
• The website reserves the right to cancel any order in the event that the product is unavailable or that there is a technical error in the price or data, provided that the customer is notified and the amount is refunded in full within fourteen (14) business days.
• Official holidays and weekend days are not counted within the time periods specified for processing cancellations or refunds, where the carrier, the bank, or the relevant regulations so provide.
